  1. 4 dogs graduated from a unusual inmate training system
    in Redwood City this week and are prepared to be adopted, shelter
    officials said. The Peninsula Humane Society and SPCA chose 4 dogs whose adoption prospective was questionable and enrolled
    them in the Transitioning Animals Into Loving Conditions, or TAILS, plsn at a minimum-safety facility operated by the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Workplace.

    The eight-week plan offers the dogs considerably-required focus and provides the inmates with a meaningful pastime to develop abilities, according to plan officials.
